Holding your event at Belle Loréve means leaving the hectic and stressful details of your event to our staff, allowing you to enjoy the precious time leading up to your special event.

The estate's Director will work with you or your event planner and serve as on-site contact for your vendors , oversee set-up of rentals, ceremony seating, beverage bar, florals and other decor, reception table settings and entertainment.

For an additional fee, the estate's Director will coordinate other details of your event* including:
  • Designing and producing the event
  • Event day coordination; Facilitating the event day schedule ensuring everyone is in place and event is running smoothly and on-time
  • Stationery (Save-the-Date Cards, Invitations, Programs, Thank You cards)
  • Vendor liaison (Event Rentals, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Music)
  • Rehearsal day / run-through

*This service is also available for events not held at the Villa
