The Loréve Garden - Dramatic floral and rock garden with gazebo, water feature and mosaic. This walking garden can accommodate up to 75 guests. The Pergola - A romantic pergola flanked by two archways, with white rose trees, climbing wisteria for shade, and centered by a lovely water feature. This site can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 100 standing guests. The Plum Alee Terrace - Beautiful lawn with Plum trees, roses and striking fountain. This site can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. The Topa Vista Garden - Expansive lawn with unparalleled views of the Topa Topa Mountains and unique water feature. This site is perfect for tenting and can accommodate up to 300 seated guests. The property's grounds and surrounding terrain are marked by impressive sandstone boulders and abundant chaparral, creating a unique and dramatic setting for this rustic villa. In fact, most of the estate's stone work was hand carved from the sandstone located on the grounds.
